These Terms govern your access to and use of trilogiwellness.com and any services offered by Trilogi Wellness ("Trilogi," "we," "us"), including the Guide and the Rhythm Mapping Intensive.
By using this site or any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
What Trilogi is
Trilogi is an educational and analytical framework for understanding chronic illness as a pattern. We provide:
- The Body Follows Laws, Not Wishes (the "Guide") — an educational digital publication
- The Rhythm Mapping Intensive — a clinician-led pattern analysis engagement
- Educational content, including emails, blog posts, and free resources
What Trilogi is not
Trilogi is not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition.
The Rhythm Mapping Intensive is provided for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship, even where a licensed clinician is involved. We do not bill insurance, and our services are not a substitute for primary care, emergency care, or specialist treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Use of the Guide
The Guide is a digital publication. When you purchase it, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it for your own use.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share the Guide with others
- Resell, sublicense, or use the Guide for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or watermarks
- Use the contents to train AI models or other automated systems
Refunds
Because the Guide is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final. If something has gone wrong with delivery, contact info@trilogiwellness.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.
The Rhythm Mapping Intensive
The Intensive is offered by application only. Acceptance is at our discretion. We may decline applications, end engagements, or refer applicants elsewhere when, in our clinical judgment, the Intensive is not the right fit.
Engagement terms
Specific engagement terms — including duration, deliverables, scope, fees, and refund policy — are governed by a separate written engagement agreement that accepted applicants sign before the Intensive begins.
HIPAA & clinical intake
The pre-qualification form on this website does not collect Protected Health Information. The full clinical intake is conducted through our secure, HIPAA-compliant clinical platform once you are accepted.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and the framework itself — is owned by Trilogi Wellness and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not use these trademarks, or any portion of our content, without our prior written permission.
User conduct
When using this site or engaging with our services, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent applications
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the site
- Harass, abuse, or threaten Trilogi staff or other users
- Use the site or services in violation of any applicable law
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site, the Guide, and the Intensive are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, symptom resolution, or any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trilogi Wellness, its founder, and its agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Trilogi Wellness is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
