Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

What exactly is the Rhythm Mapping Method?
It is a clinician-led pattern analysis framework. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it maps how the body has been organizing itself across 13 Signal Domains™ and 6 Functional Axes™, built on Trilogi's Six Foundational Laws of Biological Coherence™. The output is a clear read of how your unique biology arrived where it is, and what is governing function now.
Is Trilogi a replacement for my doctor?
No. Trilogi is educational and analytical. We do not diagnose or treat. The framework can be applied as a standalone lens for understanding your own biology, or alongside any existing healthcare relationship — the work adapts to where you are.
What's the difference between the Guide and the Intensive?
The Body Follows Laws, Not Wishes (the Guide) is the foundation of the entire Trilogi framework. It gives you the inside view of how your physiology functions as one integrated system, the lens for seeing your symptoms in pattern, and the framework to begin making your own connections. It's the same principled foundation your clinician would use in the Intensive.

The Rhythm Mapping Intensive is the full clinical engagement: comprehensive pattern mapping, clinician synthesis, and a personalized 3-month plan unique to your biology. The Guide is for understanding. The Intensive is for action.
Why is the Intensive by application?
Because the work is in-depth and individual. We want to ensure the Intensive is the right fit for where you are, and that you are positioned to act on what the pattern reveals. The application is brief, considered, and reviewed by the clinician directly.
What kinds of conditions has Trilogi worked with?
People most often come to Trilogi with multi-symptom, long-standing patterns, including autoimmune presentations (including thyroid), chronic fatigue, hormonal and endocrine dysregulation, gut and immune reactivity, and cognitive or nervous system patterns that have not resolved through conventional or piecemeal approaches. See our Results page for more.
Is this evidence-based?
Yes. The framework is built on the established sciences of how living systems organize, adapt, and communicate: systems biology, network physiology, allostasis, chronobiology, and inflammation resolution. We didn't invent the biology. We built a method to read it.
How long does the Intensive take?
The Intensive includes a comprehensive mapping process followed by a personalized 3-month engagement, with quarterly review and pattern reassessment available beyond. The exact pacing depends on your biology. The work is sequenced, never rushed.
Will I get specific protocols, supplements, or treatments?
The Intensive includes a personalized plan unique to your pattern. That plan is built around what your biology is showing, not from a template. It is not a prescription. It is a clinician-led framework designed to align with your existing healthcare or to stand on its own.
I'm a clinician. Can I learn to apply this in my own practice?
Yes. We work with practitioners interested in integrating the Rhythm Mapping Method into their own clinical work. Reach out via our Contact page for the practitioner inquiry email.
What outcomes can I expect?
We do not promise reversal or cure. What we offer is clarity: an accurate read of the pattern your body has been holding, and a sequenced plan to support change. What our patients most often describe is meaningful improvement across multiple symptoms simultaneously, and the experience of having their body finally explained to them as a whole. Outcomes vary by individual.
