When you contact us, apply for the Rhythm Mapping Intensive, subscribe to our field notes, or purchase the Guide, we collect what you give us. This typically includes your name, email address, location, and the content of your application or message.

Health information & HIPAA
The pre-qualification application form on this website does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. We intentionally keep that form lean and high-level.
Once you are accepted into the Rhythm Mapping Intensive, the full clinical intake is conducted through our secure, HIPAA-compliant clinical platform. That platform is governed by its own privacy and security agreements, and any health information you share through it is handled in accordance with HIPAA.
Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of cookies and tracking scripts to operate the site. These include MailerLite's tracking script (which helps us understand subscriber behavior) and basic Hostinger functionality.
You may disable cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so may affect some site features.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us.
